Spiked Training Collars are ideal for hard-to-control large dogs. A pronged collar should be snug and ride high on dog’s neck. Correction is given with a slower “pull and release”. Use under supervision and in conjunction with proper behavioral training. Chrome-plated collars will not tarnish or rust. To determine size, measure around dog’s neck just below the ears and add 1″-2″. Sizes offered are the inside measurement of the collar. Add or remove links to adjust collar size; each extra link adds 1″ to collar size. Avoid having too much slack or you diminish the effectiveness of correction.
