Activity Level Amount When to Feed Sedentary (less than 20 min. exercise/day) 1 tsp/20 lbs. Once Daily Moderate (20-40 minutes of exercise/day) 1 tsp/20 lbs. Twice Daily Active (40-60 minutes of exercise/day) 1 tsp/10 lbs. Twice Daily Extreme (sporting, service, SAR, working, etc) 4 tsp/10 lbs.
