The K&H Deluxe Lectro-Soft Outdoor Heated Pet Bed is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It has a power rating of 40 watts and comes with a 5.5-foot cord. The bed is thermostatically controlled to maintain your pet’s normal body temperature. A complimentary cover is included with the deluxe version which features a plush bolster for added comfort. This patented bed listed by MET can be detached and used in any shelter. The internal thermostats ensure that the bed remains at the ideal temperature for pets. To use place the Lectro-Soft on a flat hard surface indoors or in a doghouse or kennel making sure it is protected from direct rain or snow. After opening the air valve plug it into a 110-120 volt AC outlet and allow 15-30 minutes for it to warm up and expand. The bed will feel slightly warm to the touch. To prevent the bed from ballooning when your pet is using it push down on the center of the bed to remove some air after it has expanded to the desired size then push in the air plug to seal it.
