The Tetra Whisper IQ Filter 20 is made for 20 gallon aquariums and utilizes medium filter cartridges. This quiet, durable and easy filter system uses StayClean Technology to provide easier maintenance and healthier fish. A soft barrier decouples the motor from the filter to produce sound less than 40 dB, so you can keep a clean aquarium without all the background noise. Tetra Whisper IQ filters are easy to use, clean and startup with their submerged motor and flow control capabilities. Reduce flow as low as 10 GPH for Bettas, plants, feeding and other low flow needs. The adjustable intake telescoped up or down to fit your aquarium needs and the smart path spillway oxygenates the water. StayClean technology uses Ultra-Activated Carbon to remove impurities, dual sided floss to remove dirt and debris and a StayClean tablet for healthy water and cleaner glass. It is safe for freshwater or marine fish, live plants and snails.
